Reimagine Strength... Redefine Movement
Â
For me, this is personal.....
I’m Jess Olin, the founder of Soteria Pilates. Our education program was created from years of teaching, mentoring, and asking harder questions about how we train movement professionals. I’ve spent my career inside studios, classrooms, and bodies that didn’t fit the “one-size-fits-all” model I was taught. I saw talented instructors burn out, clients get injured, and certifications focus more on choreography than understanding. Soteria Education is my answer to that. It’s an education rooted in biomechanics, fascia, and real human movement—where critical thinking matters, mentorship is central, and instructors are trained to adapt, not just replicate. This is the education I wish had existed when I started—and the one I believe the industry truly needs.Â
