Every live weekend runs the same way
Before · in HQ
Self-paced lessons
Complete the weekend’s assigned HQ modules on Kajabi before Friday. This is your prep, the live sessions build on it, they don’t repeat it.
Â
Fri · virtual
Late Afternoon/Evenings
Live on Kajabi Video. Lecture, Q&A, and case discussion to frame the weekend. Link is pinned in the communities channel.
Â
Sat & Sun - In Studio
Live labs
In person at your local studio, Hands-on teaching, coaching, and practicum with your mentors and educators. Â
Â
Between weekends you work on your own — Self-Practice, Observation Hours, and Practice Teaching — logged in HQ. Those hours are part of the requirement, not extra credit; see Your Hours.

Start the courseWhy the cohort stays in step
Every weekend maps to a National Certification standard, on purpose.
Each HQ module, lab, and check-in is tagged to a specific NCPC competency, so you can trace your progress against the standard rather than guessing. Your workbook’s tracker mirrors the same codes.
Mentors review the cohort tracker after every weekend. If a competency is lagging across the group, the next virtual lesson pivots to shore it up, so no one advances on a shaky foundation.
Your required check-ins and logged hours are the evidence file for certification. Complete every one and your NCPC submission is essentially assembled by the final weekend, no scramble at the end.
Fall behind? Message your mentor in HQ before it compounds. One missed deadline is recoverable; the tracker exists so small gaps surface early, while there’s still runway.
